Last year, I kept track of my monthly activities so that I could put together a yearly counseling calendar. It is proving to be a living document – I am already finding some revisions as we are adding a Peace Week, a Red Ribbon Week, and looking into some community activities.
I also put together a weekly/daily schedule so that I could make sure my time percentages were correctly allocated.
