You can use your own homemade coleslaw, or make it easy and pick up a couple of pounds from the deli. Heat deli turkey (I throw mine on the indoor Teflon grill that I use to cook the sandwiches) and set nearby. With the griddle hot, I layer the Rachel’s as so… marble deli rye, buttered side down – heated deli turkey – slice of swiss cheese – scoop of coleslaw – and marble deli rye, butter side up. Grill and flip until browned on each side.
