Calling all Mom’s of little boys!!! Another football season has come and gone. While the Bears failed to be a hit this year, these little individual meatloaf footballs were! You can use any meatloaf recipe, just form the meat into football shapes and melt cheese laces during the last couple of minutes cooking (I used string cheese strings). Here I violated the laws of “colorful” pallets by serving a monochromatic football plate with the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and caraway rolls! Fortunately the food didn’t last long enough to attract attention from the foodie patrol!!!
