The first days of school are around the corner, so it may seem a little premature to focus on something that doesn’t occur until the end of the year, but today I printed off the Michigan Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Program – School Counselor Performance Review (F1-F11) of the MCGC Program K-12 Guide for Program Development, Implementation and Accountability.
I have not been able to find on online resource so I am linking the Evaluation here along with the Program Audit E1-E8 here that I scanned to my colleagues. (If my new laptop will allow me – thus I have not been able to blog lately – technical difficulty when with newest versions of Office not cooperating for me with my blog compatibility.?)These two resources should help guide some of the other activities to consider before school starts!

Just think…if you are heading to a specific destination, you may use a map or a Global Positioning System to help you get there. You first have to know where you are (Program Audit) and your destination (Performance Review)! My destination goal – HIGHLY EFFECTIVE! So it makes absolute sense that even though this is the beginning of the year, I am beginning with the end in mind… care to ride along?
