Last night, I revisited a free handout ( a Course Planner that had a recipe for each of the 18 holes) that I got a couple years ago at the 73rd PGA Senior Championship, sponsored by Kitchen Aid, at Harbor Shores in our very own Southwestern Michigan.
After canning salsa with my son for the fair, I had a couple of leftover Jalapeno peppers and this recipe caught my eye since I had all of the ingredients except the plain yogurt. What better night to make chili and corn bread than a 61 degree August day in the Mitten?!
